PRESIDENT / CEO

A former professional hockey player for the Philadelphia
Flyers, Ross Ruggeri Jr. became president of Miracle Building Maintenance, a cleaning company with over 50 years of experience.

His sports background has given him the leadership, teamwork and commitment to excellence to provide the highest quality service
possible to his clients.

With a Bachelor degree in Commerce from McGill University, Martine has solid expertise in Accounting and
Management. For more than 25 years, she has worked as an accountant with SMEs and as a manager in renowned private
colleges – more recently, she worked with one of the largest real estate management firms here. We are convinced that
the contribution of her expertise will contribute to the growth of our company.

CONTROLLER

Although Jessica has been part of the Miracle Building Maintenance team for a very long time, we wish her the best
of success in her new role in the Payroll and Human Resources Department under the direction of our controller. With
extensive experience in Administration at Miracle Building Maintenance, Jessica has great know-how that allows her to offer
incredible service to suppliers, customers and employees alike.

PAYROLL AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

In order to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, we are proud to announce the
appointment of Miguel as head of our new special works department. Miguel has more than 8 years of experience with the
Miracle Building Maintenance team, so his experience in the field will be essential to the success of this department.

Always on the lookout for the needs of our customers, he takes the greatest concerns to meet client expectations, as
their satisfaction is at the heart of his objectives.

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND EMERGENCY WORKS

Ronald brings to Miracle Building Maintenance a solid experience of more than 10 years working in the field of housekeeping which is not to be neglected.

Extremely comfortable in the field, housekeeping operations are second nature to him. We are confident of his significant contribution to the company.

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF REGIONAL OPERATIONS

Evan began his career in property management, quickly mastering business development as a broker. He later expanded into hands-on construction, specializing in electricity and finishing work.

As a project manager at a Montreal startup in warehousing and logistics, he showed strong leadership and innovation. In 2018, he joined Miracle Building Maintenance as a supervisor, where his attention to detail and broad experience fueled the company’s success. He now serves as Director of Operations, continuing to contribute to its growth.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Diego Fernandez returns to Miracle Building Maintenance as Assistant Director of Operations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Diego is getting back into the action in the field of commercial cleaning. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, he brings a strong background in working under pressure and excels at managing deadlines. Passionate about the human side of the business, he particularly enjoys getting to know employees and building trusting relationships. Attentive and approachable, he’s always ready to support and help his colleagues.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

A graduate in marketing communications from UQAM, Aldair stands out for his attentive listening skills, customer-focused approach, and creativity. With 8 years of experience at Miracle Building Maintenance, he is making a highly anticipated return to the company after three years, this time as Communications and Client Relations Coordinator. He brings to the team his communication expertise, attention to detail, and thorough follow-through, actively contributing to strengthening the relationship between Miracle Building Maintenance and its clients.
